About the Role
Responsible for supporting, reviewing, negotiating and adjusting a primarily medium to high risk portfolio consisting of more complex delinquent/problem loans of high level collateralized accounts which require special handling and/or analysis.
Responsibilities
Analyzing credit/account information;
skip tracing;
handling workout and restructuring problem loans;
restructuring payment plans;
may analyze vendor program remedies/recourse to determine loss projections;
may support vendor programs and volume goals through regular and consistent vendor interaction;
may assist in preparation of legal actions;
analyze account equity to determine loss projections;
monitors portfolio for policy compliance for BQR, CQR and adherence to risk ratings.
Additional functions may include:
financial statement analysis; coach/assist in the training of entry level staff;
participate in conducting issue-specific training in conjunction with Manager;
participates in departmental project.
Utilizes a high degree of knowledge and understanding of company polices and procedures and executes without issue;
Leads by example, handle core assignments effectively while taking on additional responsibilities.
Market Skills and Certifications
Completed 2 years of tertiary education
At least 2 years of experience in collections, preferably in a business to business campaign
Experience in skip tracing is an advantage
Excellent command of the English language - written and verbal
Amenable to work in McKinely Hill Taguig
Amenable to work in shifting schedules
