Customer Service Representative (Collection)

Role Overview:Collection work on accounts to minimize bad debt losses, support collections, and profitable sales.Role Responsibility:•Making outbound calls and following up to customers with delinquent accounts in a professional and courteous manner, and discussing overdue payments, payment options and negotiating payment terms to bring accounts current.•Manages invoice inquiries and transmittal, collection notices, and reconciliation reports•Ensures effective and efficient collections for the customer accounts, including settlement within the contract guidelines.•Meeting performance targets and goals related to call volume, collection rates, and customer satisfaction.Qualifications:•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any business course.•At least two (2) years of relevant experience in Collections/Recovery Management/Accounts Receivable.•Experience in collection service, customer service is a plus•Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.•Must be willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City.
