Details of the offer

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the clerical functions of the Member Benefit & Assistance (MBA) business of the cooperative.
He/She is responsible for the report generation and schedules, receives payment of premiums, deposits all collections, performs daily cash monitoring to all LTO related transactions, conducts underwriting processes, daily monitoring of all members’ coverage and insurances, acts as MBA Marketing Assistant and performs cross-selling at all times.

Job Qualification:
Graduate of a Bachelor degree in Commerce or any business course
Preferably have undergone trainings relevant to the position
Should have a background on good customer relations, handling complaints, and marketing activities
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
With good communication and interpersonal skills
