Description:
ISTA Solutions is pooling for candidates for one of our Healthcare accounts dealing with a US Insurance Company. This position is exclusive for Registered Nurses with Active Licenses, and have previous BPO Experience handling US Insurance.

Responsibilities include:
Provide immediate support to providers by answering their inquiries
Troubleshoot issues, and escalate to next department if needed
Meet deadlines as provided by the manager and client

Selected candidates will earn a package between 21-25,000 inclusive of:
Basic Salary
10% Night Differential
Perfect Attendance Bonus
HMO with Dependents
18-PTO Credits convertible to cash

Requirements:
Must be a graduate of any Healthcare Related Course, or RNs with active license
Minimum Experience of 1 year with a US Insurance Account
Knowledge with Medicare and Medicaid is required
Excellent English Communication Skills
Can work from home, with PC/Laptop and Stable Internet
Can work onsite in the future
