JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate of any Business Course
• Above-average written and oral communication skills
• People-savvy
• Ability to work to meet deadline and inspire a team in a unified direction and vision
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handles claims processing for Non Life Insurances of both In House and Open Market Accounts of the company. Analyze cases and facilitate timely and effective actions plans to optimize insurance recovery of the clients.
• Receives and validates filed claims on prescribed screening requirements.
• Encode claims into the company Claims System.
• Conducts an investigation of the claim for the purpose of establishing the policy liability. This involves gathering of facts/documents to support his finding.
• Assigns claim to Adjuster and ensure their immediate dispatch for inspection and investigation.
• Prepares communications with the Insurers/Adjusters for the endorsement of claim and forwarding of the Offer Acceptance
