With 2 years’ experience in related fields3. Have the ability and skills to apply engineering analysis, appraisal and diagnosis to maintenance techniques and practices 4. Experienced in developing alternative solutions and solving technical problems as well as able to provide recommendations ; and able to handle a team5. Flexible in regards to working arrangements and operational changes 6. Excellent communication skills7. A high standard of health and safety at work and an ability to apply that knowledge practically
