Position SummaryAs a Quality Analyst with Commercial Card Control Monitoring Team, you will assist in the management of activities to ensure policy & procedure compliance and consistency within Commercial Card Operations & Servicing. Individual will be responsible for regular recurring and transactional reviews including, but not limited to Processor, CustTrax critical fields, and End-to-End Reviews for various business functions. This individual will also be responsible for the accurate entry, collection, and retention of all data associated with performed reviews.Other duties with key activities including, but not limited to:Coordinate review process with departmental procedure updates to ensure continuity, consistency, and relevance;
Assist with preparation for internal reviews, audits, and examinations;
Participate in projects and process improvements;
Understand and identify error trending and effectively communicate results
Other tasks and assignments as needed
Mentor and coach staff to ensure quality standards and excellence
QA reporting responsibilities
