The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is the company’s second-in-command and responsible in
the overall efficiency of the business operations towards extensive and sustainable
organizational growth. The COO reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
Specific Job Description:? Design and execute business strategies, plans and procedures
? Oversee the daily operations of the company and the work of executives directly under
his supervision and evaluate their performances by analyzing and interpreting data and
metrics
? Set comprehensive goals that are timely, relevant and workable to ensure outstanding
company performance and growth
? Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
? Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high
performing managerial team
? Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
? Assist the Chief Executive Officer and/or Chief Financial and Planning Officer in
investment ventures, acquisitions and corporate alliances.
? Manage and maintain strong relationships with business partners/stakeholders.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's, Masteral or Post-Graduate Degree in Management, Finance, Economics or
any related course from a top local or foreign college/university
? Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant role, preferably in multinational
companies, domestic or international
? Strong understanding of business functions such as finance, marketing, human
resources, information technology, and other business infrastructures
? Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
? Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
? Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
? Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
? Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
