Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc’s partner company in the US is looking for a creative and analyticalCHIEF MARKETING OFFICER (CMO)that lives and loves the cutting edge of growth marketing. This senior-level marketing professional will be responsible for scaling current channels and generating new opportunities to grow the business. The primary focus of the CMO’s marketing strategy will be around content marketing, Facebook Advertising, direct mails, sales funnels around taxes, real estate and family office services.
As a CMO, you will work directly with the CEO / Co-Founder and taking full ownership of the organization’s online presence, and customer acquisition programs. To be successful, you will already have experience building and running personalized marketing campaigns to drive consistent sales revenue growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in any course related to Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Business (MBA is desired but not required)
· At least 5 years of well-rounded digital marketing and/or business development experience. Additional marketing certifications are a plus
· Hands on experience with CRM, and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Hubspots, WebTrends, Salesforce, etc.
· Experience in graphic design to create infographics, PPT
· Experience in Facebook advertisements to put together a campaign
· Experience in Sales Funnels to build landing pages and call to action
· Experience in Email marketing to build follow up campaigns
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
Bonus Points :Experience in selling high ticket coaching / training programs/ professional services is a plus
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the organization. Specifically, the CMO;
a. Plans , implements and manages digital marketing strategy
b. Designs, plans and executes digital marketing campaigns
c. Performs market research and product marketing, marketing communications and public relations
· Seeks out new ways to deliver messaging, such as mobile platforms, video and social media
