Job Description:
Masungi Georeserve is an internationally acclaimed Filipino conservation and geotourism initiative pioneering sustainable tourism, conservation innovations and unique experiences.


We are looking for team members who can lead and manage our overall Food & Beverage component where our philosophy is serving delicious food inspired by the landscape.


Some of the tasks include the following:


Daily kitchen operations serving our guests, staff, and special events Creation and updating of rotating menus and recipes inspired by the landscape and as much as possible, using unique ingredients from the forest and local communities Design of unique food experiences such as Tea Ceremonies, Pizza Picnics, and Birding and Breakfast Supervising, auditing and improving all Food & Beverage components of the project Accountable for cleanliness and maintenance of all kitchen property, equipment and tools Trains and supervises team members and community members on F&B Implements food service standards for health and hygiene Pioneers sustainability, waste management, and environmentally friendly practices in F&B. Operations are from Tuesday to Sunday (6 days a week) at the project site in Baras, Rizal, 1.5 hours away from the city. Modest shared housing may be provided as a benefit.
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong F&B and kitchen operations skills; Creative menu creation, recipe design and costing skills; Food presentation skills and guest service excellence; Superb cleanliness and sanitation standards; Leadership and ability to manage a team; Adaptable to a fast-changing environment; Enjoys working in the outdoors and has an appreciation for nature; Curious and willing to learn and grow; Open to be aa stay-in Chef in the project site in Baras, Rizal (1.5 hours from Quezon City and near Antipolo/Tanay areas).
