**Qualifications**:- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree- Must have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience- Advance written and spoken communication skills- Problem solving and root cause analysis- Ability to work effectively in a virtual and global environment- Must be flexible to support US and Europe working hours- Provides end-to-end compliance services. Partners with teams around the world to ensure process/policy compliance, audit readiness, and data and reports accuracy.- Champions Workplace Health & Safety using ISO45001 standard or its equivalent.- Manager service desk for Incident Report Tier1 and Case Management.
