Job Description:
Perform bookkeeping function: record & report day-to-day financial transactions of the store Review & reconcile books: reconcile gl versus sl Reconcile with bank records: prepare bank reconciliations to check daily cash transactions against bank entires & reconcile other accounts to corresponding references Monitor receivables: perform daily collection calls & reconcile with banks, affiliates, etc. On outstanding receivables Process payables: check completeness & process payment of non-trade payables documents including regulatory & government permits Prepare reports: prepare regulatory & financial reports Minimum Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant Experience in general accounting, receivables, payables, inventory or sales audit is a plus. Working knowledge on standard accounting procedures Can carry out the assigned tasks with minimal supervision
