Cashier

Receives payment by cash, check or automatic debits- Ensures the payments being made are entered at the rightful account being paid for- Ensures that checks/cash being received are accurate according to the amount intended for payment- Ensures that collections are recorded timely and correctly on the system and that allocations are made to the corresponding invoices- Ensures that the official receipts are issued correctly- Balances everyday check and cash collections for vault-safe keeping- Prepares deposit slip of the collection at the end of the day for deposit on the next banking day- Maintains organized folder of CWT, JO and quotations, and other documents related to payments received for reference- Daily updates of passbook for monitoring of accounts.- Daily checking of possible check payments left to the front desk concierge.- Weekly remittance of payments for photocopy proving issuance of an official receipt- Responds promptly to client inquiries; respond to their need even beyond her responsibility.- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time**Salary**: From Php17,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Free parking- Life insurance- On-site parking- Paid trainingSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounts receivable: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- English and Filipino (preferred)
