Cashier/Customer Service

Acknowledges and receives collections of the previously issued Provisional Receipt (PR) by the **collector**.- Issues Provisional Receipt (PR)- Issues Official Receipt (OR)- Prepares Bank Deposit Slip (BDS) and effect deposits to the bank for all cash/checks received during the day.- Disburse from the collection and sign the approved Cash Transfer Slip (CTS) for money temporarily borrowed.- Prepares Cash Transfer Slip (CTS) for money borrowed from collections.- Prepares the Daily Cash Position Report (DCPR)- Secures from the Bank the Monthly Bank Statement (MBS) for both the Revolving Fund Account and the Remittance Accounts and turnover the MBS to the Branch Bookkeeper for reconciliation.- Secures enough bills and coins for daily transactions especially weekends;- Maintains filing of pertinent documents related to credit card transactions (checks payment/voucher), collections, and deposits;- Assists customers in their purchase of books (retail/wholesale) for walk-in customers and through telephone inquiry;- Maintains of the Petty Cash Fund (PDC), prepares Petty Cash Vouchers (PCV) to support petty disbursements**, **prepares Petty Cash Fund Replenishment Report (PCFRR) to cover PCVs to be replenished**, **encashment of replenishment check for the PCF**, **supports petty advances with Vale Slips (VS)- Checks Transportation Slips (TS) before reimbursement of excess transportation incurred or receiving change against the value obtained for the purpose. These TS shall be totaled and covered by the PCV every time a request for replenishment is prepared.- Maintains the currently used PR, OR & RCI Booklets until fully used and surrendered to the Branch Bookkeeper for issuance of new booklets.- Processes price quotation of orders and fax pricelist upon customer's request- Prepares Daily Cash Sales Report.- To perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Branch Supervisor from time to time.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php7,000.00 - Php14,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Employee discount- Health insuranceSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Early shift- OvertimeSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payCOVID-19 considerations:All onsite employees are fully vaccinated**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Cash handling: 1 year (required)
