Details of the offer

This position will be responsible for receiving payments, documents checking and communicating with the team on resolving discrepancies in allocation and payment.Payment receiving and management
Receives payment from customers. Communicates discrepancy in payments to Sales, Logistics, A/R and Warehouse teams. Checks completeness of documents and issues Collection Receipt (CR)
Reports and reconciliation
Completes a summary report for all transactions within the day Checking arrears and balances of the customers and communicating to Sales
Cash Counting Tracking of cash, check and deposits received
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any 4year finance-related course.
At least 1 year experience in cash or accounts handling
Can communicate to other members of the team and resolve conflict
Ability to organize and prioritize work
Knowledgeable in MS Excel, Word
Maintains confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications Graduate in Accountancy 2-3 years of experience in cash or accounts handling in food or FMCG companies. Experience in SAP
