A Lot About You As a Cargo Claims Handler you will play a key role on the team, responsible for adequate handling and settlement of claims. You will be directly reporting to the Claims Manager, and will be based in Manila.


Main Responsibilities Ensure handling, following up, closing, resolving and settling assigned claims Register cargo damage/incidents/claims and record documentation in the claims system Investigate incidents/claims by contacting agents, other departments, surveyors. etc. Analyze cargo claims and draft arguments to negotiate claims on best possible terms Minimum Qualifications:
Holds a Bachelor's degree of any course Excellent communication skills in an international environment Relevant skills in risk assessment and relevant international rules and regulations Nice to have Relevant experience in the field of claims within transport Interested candidates are encouraged to send their application through our Application Portal:
