Job Description :
POSITION RESPOSIBILITIES:
The Client Service Representative will report to the GBDS Lead. They will be the primary contact for the
data image capture services in-country and ensure proper records are maintained as per standardss. This role will work in partnership with various LOBS to ensure strategies, processes & procedures are implemented and adopted.
SCOPE:
Position Responsibilities:
• Process internal client request in accordance to the customer's document processing requirements (ie. completion of work on time and quality)
• Perform document pick-up, validation, scan, indexing/ encoding, and
mailing/delivery/achieving Maintains an efficient and updated filing system of all documents for quick and easy
access upon request. Process department's suppliers invoices and payment allocation and submit to
immediate head for approval Maintenance of service logs of the assigned equipment's Business information reporting Acts as the mail distribution back up Attend to other business related duties
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: At least a high school diploma or equivalent work experience related in digital imaging in a bank environment High degree of self-motivation with excellent attention to detail Strong priority management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills High energy level and sense of urgency Ability to perform with ambiguous and/or changing direction/flexibility a must Ability to learn processes and technology quickly
