Cantonese Chef

Apsaras Tribe Philippines Inc. is currently hiring for Cantonese Chef who is knowledgeable with different chinese cuisine.
Candidates must be willing to travel to Balesin Island, Quezon Province
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides training and support to Sous Chef and other Kitchen Staff in terms of cooking authentic Cantonese cuisine, techniques, and food presentation.
Helps plan a menu and recipes appropriate to a Chinese theme hotel/resort.
Gives advice and recommendation on organizing a restaurant kitchen to ensure proper inventory.
Helps the restaurant determine how much food and supplies need to be ordered.
Oversee food preparation and ensure that kitchen staff is doing their responsibilities.

Qualifications:
With 8 years or more work experience as a Cantonese Chef.
Proven work experience as Cantonese Chef.
Preferably with experience in hotel/resort industry.
Willing to travel to Balesin Island
