Canteen Supervisor - San Fernando, Pampanga

As Canteen Supervisor- Records all room service, function inquiries and special doctor's requests transactions.- Keeps documents and logbooks integral to daily operations for proper documentation.- Responsible in coordinating with clients for catering functions.- Performs daily meetings with catering staff.- Ensures that proper food safety and sanitation standards of the company are being followed.- Addresses immediately customer complaints and report to the Executive Sous Chef and Chef for action plans.- Inspects the cleanliness of the whole area and function equipment on a regular basis.- Any other duties assigned by management.**Benefits**:- Staff meals providedSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- San Fernando, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Canteen Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)- Food service: 1 year (preferred)- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
