Assembles and completes customer orders accuratelyPrepare customer baskets and double check completeness of items per customer basketEnsures satisfaction of customers through detailed PK across MBUs and MCsComplete all the PK modules and proficiency testsRecommends suitable alternatives/alternative products in place of unavailable ordered itemsSuggest alternative products/items following these reuirements: quality, classification, and price pointsCollaborates with team to achieve sales targetsRespond immediately to the customer orders upon receipt of order slipProper endorsement to Order ControllerProvides information/Communicates with/Keeps the CTD Caller informed on any updates on the ordered itemsProvide complete details on item concerns/issues to the CTD Caller.
