Business Valuation Services - Senior Associate

Job Descriptions Identifies issues and propose approaches related to the valuation procedures performed.
Works closely with the professional services group involving accounting, finance, tax, management, investment bankers, investors, and other key stakeholders.
Maintains positive, productive, and professional relationships with client personnel and colleagues.
And other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Tasks will cover key valuation concepts and approach using the following general methods: Discounted cash flows or income approach, Comparative market approach, Replacement cost approach and Purchase price allocations

Job Qualifications
At least 2 years experience in business valuation or other finance-related fields.
Big 4 accounting firm background or transaction services experience from investment banks, at least Senior level.
Must have advanced excel skills involving financial modeling and business valuation.
Must be passionate about business models and processes and systems
Bachelor's degree in business, particularly in accounting or finance.
CPA or CFA certifications a plus.
Transaction support experience involving M&A a plus.
Practical knowledge of Black-Scholes, Lattice models, Monte Carlo simulation and other valuation tools and techniques a plus.
Must possess expert level in Excel and able to easily run or create formulas around present value, regression and other statistical analyses, and financial models.
Must be well versed in industry research including tools used such as pitchbook or capital IQ.
Must have a general awareness of the global business landscape involving capital transactions.
Must be a self-starter and proactive in advancing personal learning to handle complicated and multiple valuation engagements.
Must have a proven demonstrated an ability to train, motivate and manage staff.
Must thrive in a highly competitive and dynamic environment with proven ability to produce high-quality valuation products/deliverables.
Must be comfortable working with foreign clients.
Must possess impeccable business writing and speaking skills.
Must be willing to travel abroad for extended periods.
