Business Quality Executive

The position is designed to execute overall Quality & Compliance Mission/Vision and OGSM for the local operating company to support the worldwide and regional strategies. The scope of key responsibilities includes the following:
Ensure compliant and consistent execution of quality system procedures (Nonconformance, CAPA, Change Control, internal and external audits, metrics generation and reporting, management reviews) and related tools at the local operating company;
Support new product launches and promotional activities by representing the Quality function in project teams and being a subject matter expert on worldwide procedures on Authorization for Product Release, toys and promotions, purchasing controls, artwork, trade sample, first article and finished goods inspection;
Manage the finished goods in the ERP system by overseeing the master data verification and maintenance, by providing support for the accurate and timely usage decisions of inspection lots, and by coordinating with source plants and TPL to resolve issues pertaining to finished goods
Fulfill the quality functional responsibilities in the overall complaints vigilance system by ensuring compliance to worldwide complaints vigilance procedures, coordination with source plants on complaints investigation, partnering with the Consumer Care Center and cross-functional team in dealing with consumers, and monitoring the timely closure of complaint records in the system; and
Perform local quality activities to ensure compliance of procedures on Training Management, Purchasing Controls (supplier distributor management), and Document Control.QualificationsStrong leadership, collaboration and interpersonal skills
