Business Process Manager

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Leads in the policy/procedure/process flow technical writing, deliberation, approvals, packaging and cascading.
Oversees in the proper conduct of business process mapping, policy/procedure/guidelines’ orientations, coaching, simulations upon implementation and facilitates reviews for revisions.
Oversees in conducting requirements’ analysis and in preparing specific proposals for modified or replacement systems and processes.
Oversees the facilitation of process documentation during company planning workshops/meetings, seminars and trainings especially on sessions involving guidelines, policies, procedures, and written manuals for systems/process improvements.
Ensures that compilation of all policies/ procedure manuals are properly organized for safekeeping and for everybody’s reference.
QUALIFICATTIONS:
1. Minimum 5 Years Managerial working experience.
2. With background in Business Process and system analysis.
3. Good oral and written communication analysis and with ISO background.
