Job Description:
General Objective: To contribute to the overall process improvement initiatives of the Company through waste elimination, automation, proper documentation of service operations business processes, and risk analysis and management.
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Gathering information from users, process owners, project leaders, senior management, clients/counterparts, and/or other operational staff to understand processes for documentation. Documenting, editing, and revising procedures and checklists. Analyzing processes and determining risks involved. Creating checklists necessary to prevent occurrence of errors. Testing of documentation for clarity, applicability, efficiency, and compliance/conformity to established Company standards, policies, and procedures. Collecting feedback regarding correctness, completeness, usability, and readability of documentation and revising these, as necessary. Communicating approved documentations Analyzing processes and identifying wastes. Revising documentations as a result of process analysis. Communicating process improvement proposals users, process owners, project leaders, senior management, clients/counterparts, and/or other operational staff. Implementing and monitoring approved changes. Scheduling and ensuring training on the changes implemented in the process or procedure is completed for both the processor and auditor of the affected team. Executing post review of changes to evaluate if the change was successfully implemented; ensuring that the change process was followed by the auditor and that the updated checklist was used. Complying with the Company Quality and Information Security Policy and sub-policies and protect information assets of the company, company assets from unauthorized disclosure, breach, or loss. Minimum Qualifications:
2 or more years of work experience in business process analysis and documentation (having a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering is a plus) High level proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Workflow applications (like Visio) Background in process improvement. Knowledge of procedures for business process documentation design and organization.
