Business Development Officer - North Luzon

Identify and solicit business in the area- Organize and conducts sales visits/rally and prospect new business- Maintain and grow good business relationships with new and existing clients/agents.- Achieve agreed sales quotas and targets- Monitor renewal, conservation, and retention of accounts- Develop/execute strategies and business plans for acquiring new business prospects- Sets appointments for sales presentations, and negotiations- Gather relevant data and information to prepare a quotation or business proposals- Ensure client satisfaction through an excellent after-sales service- Prepare, analyze, and submit monthly sales performance- Oversee the San Fernando branch in the absence of the Branch Head**Benefits**:- Company Christmas gift- Health insurance- Life insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- related: 3 years (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 100% (preferred)
