With 5 years minimum experience in Marketing and/or Business Development in a Healthcare setting

Computer-literate with proficiency in MS OFFICE applications

An MBA is an advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for Revenue generation through account retention, expansion of existing accounts and recovery of accounts that did not close from the previous contracts

Monitors and assists the Account Officers in the negotiations

Observes, analyzes and reviews AOS’ Sales renewal and performance

Organizes value-adding activities; allocates adequate resources that contribute to achieving targeted goals; implements control to manage risks and ensure compliance. Manages direct reports and utilizes metrics to assess their actual performance; institutes specific developmental interventions to bridge performance gaps; and/or implement disciplinary measures based on consequences
