Job Description:
TyrAds is seeking their first Business Development Manager for its Indonesian office. Your main responsibility would be onboarding of new clients for the Indonesian market. Besides onboarding of new clients, the role would be selling the services provided by TyrAds. The role ranges across different variety of activities, including strategic planning, project management, market analysis and account management for onboarding purposes.


A mindset that is motivated towards personal and company development is essential to this role. The new business development manager would be working closely with the Directors of the company.


Responsibilities: Developing a business development plan together with the directors for maximum market penetration within the Indonesian market. Identifying new prospects in the industry through market research. Writing proposals and finalizing contracts for major companies in Indonesia Actively pursuing leads for the company through Linkedin, email and phone. Traveling abroad to attend major event and represent the company Updating the CRM system with your daily tasks, emails and updates regarding potential new clients. Onboarding of new clients together with the customer success specialists and business intelligence executives to ensure the successful onboarding of the clients Minimum Qualifications:
Requirements: Native Indonesian speaker Strong negotiation skills Proactive approach Bachelor's degree is required. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office especially Excel. An excellent team player. Excellent English skills (typing and speaking) Ownership taker and a leader. NO 9hr-17hr mentality
