Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will bring your experience developing new business across the transport, telecommunications and technologies industries, where you have created new relationships across managed services, BPO and ITO solutions across the Call Centre/ Contact Centre space and have identified opportunities within new business accounts.

You'll have knowledge of the telecom industry and hi-tech industries, be an aggressive hunter, who is able to build across the right levels, who has proven experience across large scale BPO sales and global outsourcing solutions sales experience across the customer care, call centre, hi-tech, value based environments. This role requires deep industry experience, the ability to work in a start-up environment.

Job Description:
Identifying and creating sales opportunities
Conducting face to face meetings with clients
Establishing their Business Process needs to create proposals and present tailor made solutions that match their needs
Closing deals by thinking strategically to create solutions that deliver significant benefits to your clients
Managing the sales process to successfully fulfil realistic sales targets
Account manage existing clients
Entertain clients visit our Manila office
Adhere to Management strategies in completing assignments as delegated in urgent situations

Requirements:
Have at least completed 2 years in college
Must have at least 5 year experience in sales management
With at least 3 years BPO or call center experience
Have demonstrated experience of hitting and exceeding challenging sales targets
Have knowledge of current and future trends in the BPO industry
Experience working within an BPO Provider
Clear understanding of Technology and Telecommunications solutions
Track record of working with large BPO sales & account management
Prior B2B experience in an outsourcing environment
Possess strong written and verbal English communication skills
Have strong presentation skills with a professional manner
Be confident with a can do attitude
Be proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com (or another CRM)
Amenable to work in Ortigas City
