Business Development Executive

Identify, research, evaluate and pursue sales opportunities to achieve company and personal targets
Lead meetings and negotiations, conduct sales presentations, design proposals for potential clients, and business partners
Refer sales leads and customer feedback to appropriate people in the organization and liaise with other functional and operational

Qualifications:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
With at least 3 years Sales experience
Significant experience in selling HR services is a distinct advantage
Excellent written and oral English communication skills
With strong sales and marketing persona-must be comfortable making sales pitches and tenacious in pursuing leads
