About the role and team
The FinTech community in Asia has grown rapidly in the last five years, with exponential growth in the number of FinTechs and product offerings in this region.
We see an increasing amount of interest in security assessment amongst fintech companies and we aim to position Xfers Security product offering as a leader within the SEA region.
To that end, we're looking for a highly motivated sales talent to join our team to drive Xfers's Security sales activities and to let the world know of our security offering.
You will work together with the CTO and the Xfers Security Engineering Team that is also widely known in the hacker and CTF community on growth hacking and marketing experimentation in bringing on new prospects that will benefit most from our services.
Responsibilities

Research and identify potential customers across Southeast Asia with Taiwan as the primary market.
Research and identify potential customers in countries outside Southeast Asia as a secondary market.
Establish strategic partnerships with customers, and fellow industry players to create a growth strategy for our services
Work on inbound marketing leads
Arrange appointments for meetings and demos with our prospects
Work together with Xfers Security team on the sales approach
Engage with prospects to build meaningful relationships by providing tailored solutions to their specific needs and interests
Evaluate and recalibrate your sales approach
What you may be doing(Day to day)

Explore new clients for our Xfers Security services
Observe and analyse market trend and demand to shape up our service offering
Design our sales deck, service white paper and website
How you would be able to contribute

Signed contract deal of an avg of 1 to 2 clients or more for us on a monthly basis
What we are looking for in you / Ideal profile

You have already gained some professional experience in sales development or in the sales area
A good technical understanding and knowledge for security
You are eloquent and always interested in maximizing the benefits for our customers
You are persistent and enjoys inspiring new customers
Ability to think strategically and tactically
Natural attention to details, and you enjoy developing processes that make everyone more effective
Fluent in English
Nice to have

Working experience in CyberSec company or FinTech company
Working experience as a Sales, Presales, Technology Consultant
Working experience for developing CyberSec solutions
Connection or relationship with CyberSec industry, events
