Responsibilities:- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all client needs are met- Participate in meetings, conferences, and events to promote the company's products and services- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to remain competitive in the market

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- A passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry is a plus
