Business Development Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team at Bench in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and effective communication. With at least 4 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach and increasing revenue.

Responsibilities:- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotions- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and market trends- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- 4+ years of experience in business development or sales- Confident and resourceful personality with excellent communication skills- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
