**Multi Skilled Technician/Maintenance**- At least high school graduate/NCII certificate- Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating- Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.- 40% Air Condition, 40% Electrical and 20% Civil works**JOB DESCRIPTION**:- Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.**Salary**: From Php13,984.00 per month**Benefits**:- On-site parking- Paid trainingSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
