Building Facilities/Engineer

Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition by conducting regular inspection.
Conduct inspection and handover before and after Fit Out Construction.
Prepare checklists and procedures for preventive maintenance of equipment.Inspect buildings and structures to determine functional systems, detect malfunctions and needed repair, submit recommendations relative the above.
Perform routine maintenance and undertake emergency repairs effectively and efficiently to minimize time lost due to unanticipated equipment outages during Building operations.
Recommend solution and prepare relevant reports to ensure proper selection of outsourced services.Implement Energy-conservation and cost-saving measures while monitoring utilities consumption.
Monitor construction works and ensure that all guidelines are strictly followed.
Provide project status reports to Building Manager.
Prepare/review plans, estimates and scope of works for various projects.Monitor all safety programs to prevent exposure and decrease liability for the property.
Preferably graduate of Architecture or Engineering: Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent.
With at least three (3) years of working experience.
Customer service oriented.
