Broker Coordinator

• Graduate of BS Real Estate Management• Must be a Licensed Broker• Willing to start immediately in Subic, Olongapo (The Hauslands Subic)RESPONSIBILITIES:• Assists with the preparation of logistics for project briefing, training, and site orientation to newly accredited brokers and their agents• Provides after-sales services.• Updates sellers/brokers inventory, price list, ongoing promos, assist their inquiries and concerns.• Provides the brokers and Broker Managers with presentation materials such ashandouts, brochures, flyers, sales kits, as well as other necessary digital materials for the successful promotion of the project.SALARY RANGE: 14k – 18kBENEFITS: Government Mandated benefitsWORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
