Job Description:
- Continuously monitoring market trend and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace/ industry
-Serves as the point- person for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for particular/ specific brand. These initiatives and activities
includes campaigns (print, web, social media, broadcasts, etc.)
- Oversee Sales Team and monitoring their daily job making sure that any form of Marketing/ brand activities are put into action
- Responsible for managing and developing market growth per brand;
- Developing and sustaining strong working relationship with all employees to create a proper flow of implementation of any brand strategy;
- Design and implement strategic sales plan to expand company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Managing, recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Sale/ Medical/ Product Representative to ensure that high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales are met
