Branch Oic

The Branch Officer in Charge (OIC) is responsible in organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. He / She is expected to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration based on assigned quota within the assigned territory and / or market segment by effectively selling company's products and related services.Qualifications:- Graduate of any 4-year Business Related Course.- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Leadership skills. Above average oral and written communication skills, has the ability to develop and deliver presentations. Must be proactive, and with a well-rounded interpersonal and customer relations.- Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills- Knowledge is MS office is required- Honest & trustworthy, "Can Do" attitude, with sense of responsibility, resourceful and flexible.- Can start ASAP.OTHER FUNCTION:- Participate in sales and marketing programs such as but not limited to seminars and telemarketing events.- Provide On-the-Job Training to newly hired branch employee.- Functions as a cashier in the absence of the Sub OIC.- Assumes other functions from time to time as assigned by the immediate supervisor to ensure smooth flow of operations.**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Life insuranceSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary
