Banking - Retail/Branch (Banking & Financial Services)
The Branch Manager is responsible for the administration and daily operations of the branch and oversees business development, profitability, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities: Sales and Marketing of Loan Products Branch Operations Management Branch Employee Management Key Requirements: A degree in Business Management, sales, marketing, or other related courses is a plus. With at least four (4) years work-related experience in branch operations, two years of which is in a Managerial or Supervisory capacity Should have technical marketing skills and relevant product and industry knowledge Has excellent communication skills (both written and oral), decision making skills, problem-solving skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills and networking skills Capable of solving amicably customer's or client's complaints Should be persuasive, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, innovative, adaptable, and analytical.
