DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages the front-of-the-house staff and coordinating all communications between front-of-the-house staff with back-of-the-house staff. You will manage cost and operations of both labour and goods. You will train and set standards for staff; ordering goods; maintain operational goals and objectives; and ensure the safety and well-being of staff and maintain guest satisfaction. You will be involved in conceptualizing, planning and getting things done. You must be highly visible to staff and guests. You must take an active role in the supervision of staff and functioning of the restaurant.
