We’re looking for competent Branch Finance Supervisor to join us for our Marikina Branch
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Generate, review and submit periodic reports to Branch Finance Manager (i.e., Sales and Sales Returns, Collections & Remittances, Accounts Receivables Ageing, Accountability Reports, Promo Liquidations, Bank Reconciliation, Inventory Reconciliation).
Review results of reconciliation of branch warehouse physical inventory count
Ensure completeness of inventory transactions in the system.
Monitor and review branch inventory ageing report as basis for inventory provision recommendation.
Monitor and ensure timely resolution of exception reports on any suspected/proven irregularity*Full Job Description will be provided to qualified candidates*
YOU ARE:
Graduate of Accounting or any related courses, CPA preferred but not required
Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in large multinational company and 1 to 2 years’ experience in supervisory role is essential
Knowledgeable in credit management policies and procedures.
Good understanding of integrated systems (e.g. ERP). Knowledgeable in SAP is an advantage.
Good communication and analytical skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
With MS Excel expertise (Functions / Formula)
Must be flexible, proactive, highly organized and detail oriented

Ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet deadlines.
