Branch Finance Officer

Job Description:
Supervises, monitors, evaluates and resolves accounting and credit &collection issues and concerns


Reviews and validates disbursements of local trade and non-trade payables including VAT withholding tax entries and TM transactions Nurtures healthy business relationships with suppliers, consultants - auditors, lawyers, customs brokers, forwarders, truckers, and internal and external customers Checks and validates accounting entries, proper charging of expenses to cost centers and allocates fixed costs by BU based on the pre agreed allocation basis Supervises the Purchasing functions of the District Offices by reviewing suppliers' quotations and contracts and approves purchase orders Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of BS in Accountancy Preferrably CPA or with Master's Degree With 2 years experience in Accounting and People Management Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills;
