**Job Qualifications**:- Must Senior high school graduate- With at least 6 months of BPO experience- Must have strong verbal and written English communication skills- Can do onsite work in Quezon City- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) with at least 1-year BPO experience and have excellent communication skills**Responsibilities**:- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies**Salary**: Up to Php25,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary**Education**:- Junior High School (preferred)**Experience**:- Call Center: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
