Billing Coordinator

Job Description:
Updates cost/revenue in Yunas for completed transactions Receives truckers billing a week after the transaction Checks attachments in truckers billing which includes truckers waybill, EIR’s, CAR, toll fee receipts, supplier documents, and other pertinent documents Forwards documents to respective staff on the second (2nd) day upon receipt of truckers billing Generates PR Prepares a letter of deduction to trucker (e.g. insurance, damages) Captures transaction from dispatch monitoring Monitors costing based on tariff or quotation Sends to Customer Service, Dispatch, and Billing Team the incidental costs Minimum Qualifications:
A Graduate of any 4 - year Business Course At least 2 years of experience in the Logistics industry Proficient in using MS Office With good reasoning and analytical skills Has the ability to establish rapport and put people at ease in their presence With good communication skills
