Billing Assistant

**Responsibilities**:- Inputs contract to SAP system according to contract conditions.- Inputs bill plans and ensures accuracy of charges and documentation supports.- Prepares SAP invoices.- Maintains safe keeping of file copies of all billing documents.- Maintains a periodic record of collection reports.- Performs and maintains credit history files and collection information.- Prepares Project Revenue and Cost Status (Billing and Collection Reports)- Prepares invoices (POF) of service providers for submission and endorsement of payment to the Accounting Department.Qualification- Graduate of BS in Accountancy, or Financial Management, preferably with license, or equivalent.- Must have at least six (6) months of experience in Billing.- Experience in Oracle, SAP or any ERP System is an advantage.- Must be able to communicate well in English.**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Life insurance- Pay raiseSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Muntinlupa City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Billing: 1 year (preferred)
