Bids and proposal submissions
Produce high quality bid proposals and submissions, presentations and printed qualification materials in response to formal and informal client solicitations, including Letters of Interest (LOIs), Expressions of Interest (EOIs) Requests for Qualifications (RFQ), Requests for Proposals (RFP) and/or for positioning efforts in accordance with brand guidelines and to meet client requirements
Create standard company content including the development of standard proposal information for the client, developing standardized responses to PQQs and other non-commoditized bids
Collect and assemble proposal and presentation content from company archives (such as resumes and project profiles), sub-consulting firms, and technical content providers (e.g. proposal manager and technical/professional staff), CVs, CV photographs and project photographs
Coordinates and lays out documents and content for interview, such as the development of presentations, presentation graphics, content, messaging, and leave behinds and where appropriate complete printing and binding or other final production of projects.
Coordinate input of technical components and write non-technical components
Post-tender clarification document formatting
Develop and edit simple graphics
Review and edit proposals
Submit bids to clients

Other bid related responsibilities
Coordinate the writing of Project Summaries post bid submission
Manage supporting materials: Update and maintain bid library and project profile library, including filing completed proposal (without commercial information) in Proposal Library, file CVs in CVs folders and maintain trackers, identify useful/updated standard content for enhancement of Winning Work bid resources
Undertake support research, including the collection of project profiles, mining Salesforce, searching internal databases
Review, filter and distribute tenders received from online tender search services
In conjunction with the marketing team, take on basic graphic design responsibilities to develop contributing sections such as full document layout and word formatting for capability statements, skill sheets, project data sheets and CVs etc. in line with corporate guidelines
Maintenance of standard supporting documentation for bids (e.g. company certificates, standard responses, company reports etc.)
Performs other marketing and business development activities such as collection of market research, design and production of marketing literature or other related materials.
