**Job Overview**:**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for identifying leads for bidding opportunities in the government.- Monitors PhilGeps regularly.- Prepares bid documents and attends pre-bid conferences.- Ensures the bid documents are submitted timely before the deadline.- Supervises and monitors overall projects deliverables and status.- Does canvassing, preparation, and purchasing of required deliverables.- Prepares all documents and requirements needed in the post-qualification.- Assists the Bidding Officers in the completion of documents needed for bidding.- Performs additional tasks that are related to the department.Qualifications:- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.- At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specializing in IT/Computer Software or equivalent.- Must have experience in Government bidding.- Must be a Filipino citizen living in the Philippines.Additional Requirements:- Must be willing to report to our head office in Loyola Heights, Quezon City (near Ateneo de Manila University) and to work at home (hybrid setup).- Stable internet connection and working computer at home.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From Php18,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Company Christmas gift- Health insurance- Life insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Pay raise- Promotion to permanent employee- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Monday to Friday- Overtime- WeekendsSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Anniversary bonus- Commission pay- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Cainta, Rizal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- bidding: 1 year (preferred)
