Bartender/Barista

**JOB DESCRIPTION****POSITION: BARTENDER****DEPARTMENT: OPERATIONS****RANK & LEVEL: ASSOCIATE****DIVISION: F&B RESTAURANT****JOB SUMMARY**:Responsible for mixing cocktail drinks and serving other varieties of alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar. Completes assigned tasks and assists coworkers in the completion of their tasks. Adheres to SOLID core values, healthy working environment, security and safety guidelines, sanitation regulations, and the company's policies and standards.**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Courteously welcome the guest with a warm greeting and usher them to a preferred spot.- Take orders and make suggestions based on the guest's preferences.- Serves different kinds of wines and beers, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktail drinks.- Prepares and serves appetizers, snacks, and other food items.- Maintains bar inventory and supplies.- Maintains pleasant ambiance in the bar area by maintaining cleanliness and controlling lighting and sound.- Performs cashier's tasks when necessary.- Bus out dishes in a timely manner.- Keep in-stock wines.**OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Performs other related tasks that the immediate superior would find necessary for the improvement of the stewarding services.**Salary**: Php352.00 per daySchedule:- 8 hour shift- Shift systemSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payCOVID-19 considerations:MUST BE FULLY VACCINATTED WITH VACCINATION CARD.Ability to commute/relocate:- General Santos City, South Cotabato: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)Shift availability:- Day Shift (preferred)- Night Shift (preferred)
