JOB QUALIFICATIONS
· Relevant/Similar work experience in Stock Management, Inventory and Encoding
· Must know how to deal and negotiate with suppliers, knowledgeable with product sourcing including raw materials
· Advanced computer skills. He/She will be trained to use our inventory management system and assist the chefs with all documentation
· Should have a background with basic accounting, for invoice processing
· Must be able to communicate and understand English
· Basic knowledge with food, bakery and pastry processing is an advantage
· Must have HACCP and Food Safety understanding
· Knowledgeable in MS Applications (MS Word, Excel)
· Non-smoker
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Inventory and Stock Management
· Data encoding and report generation
· Prepare and monitor invoices
· Maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
· Anticipate needed supplies and raw materials
· Order placement for supplies
· Verification on receiving supplies
· Assist in Gluten-Free Lab and Artisan Baker
