Backhoe Operator

Perform the effective, safe, secure and efficient operation of HEX or Backhoe equipment.Conduct daily checking, inspection and testing of HEX or Backhoe equipment - its safety, security, integrity and cleanliness before and after operation.Implement safety standards and principles during Hex or Backhoe equipment operation.Operate HEX or Backhoe equipment for excavation of holes and foundations, demolishing of structure or roads, material handling, general grading, cleaning, clearing, backfiling and landscaping.Coordinate HEX or Backhoe equipment related concerns to Earthmoving Dispatch Supervisor.Perform basic maintenance of HEX or Backhoe equipment such as checking, greasing, cleaning, tightening of bolts and stripping on a regular basis.Observe, identify and report any defective part/s of the pumpcrete equipment to his/her immediate superior for proper disposition.Accomplish and submit required documents such as EODTR, Daily Operator's Checklist and other reports which may be required by his immediate superior from time to time.Record fuel consumption every refueling activity.Perform other management mandated functions.Graduate of Vocational/Technical course related to pumps/motor controls. Can be waived in lieu of proven experience in HEX or Backhoe equipment operations.At least one (1) year of related experience preferably in HEX or backhoe operations or construction industry.With Driver's License [1, 2, 3, 8], TESDA CertificationKnowledgeable in proper and safe operation of HEX or backhoe equipment.Average mathematical skills specifically in computation of load, pressure, measurements and others.
