Agents handle setup and resolve problems related to setting up mail clients on various desktop and mobile platforms. Agents are required to have a general knowledge of mail related products and/or services, while assessing needs and suggestion and promotion of alternative products or services, adding value to the customer interaction.
Salary Package: PHP 22,000 - PHP 23,000
REQUIREMENTS:
Completed at least 2 years in College
High School Graduates
6 months of Call Center Experience is REQUIRED
Familiarity using computers and mobile devices is required
Familiarity with setting up different email clients, browsers and connections to the Internet is required
Good communication skills
Basic computer and internet navigation skills
Willing to work at TELUS McKinley Exchange Ayala Site
Has NBI clearance, PhilHealth and SSS document
Can start ASAP
